1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:

• "tay99," "we," "us," "our" refers to the operator of the tay99 platform, a PAGCOR-licensed online gaming entity operating the website at tay99.org and all associated services.
• "Platform" means the tay99 website (tay99.org), all associated subdomains, mobile browser versions, and any application interfaces through which tay99's services are accessed.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the tay99 Platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created and maintained by a Player on the tay99 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total value of real-money funds and any eligible bonus funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP).
• "Games" refers to all casino games, table games, live dealer games, bingo, slot machines, crash games, and any other gaming products accessible on the Platform.
• "Sports Betting Services" refers to the sports and events wagering functionality available within the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, match deposit, or other incentive offered by tay99 to Players pursuant to specific promotional terms.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government regulatory authority that licenses and oversees tay99's operations.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and age verification process required under anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR licensing conditions.

2. Acceptance of Terms

2.1 By accessing the tay99 Platform, registering an Account, or placing any wager or bet through the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, as well as tay99's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform.

2.2 These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and tay99 under Philippine law. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing or using the Platform.

2.3 tay99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, subject to the notice provisions set out in Section 15. Continued use of the Platform following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an Account or use the Platform. This requirement is mandated by PAGCOR's licensing conditions governing online gambling operators in the Philippines. tay99 strictly enforces this requirement and will request documentary proof of age at its sole discretion.

3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. The tay99 Platform is operated under a PAGCOR license and is intended primarily for players located in the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether accessing or using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. tay99 does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law.

3.3 Capacity. By accepting these Terms, you represent and warrant that you possess the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law and that no court or regulatory authority has restricted or prohibited your participation in online gaming activities.

3.4 Self-Excluded Players. Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from the tay99 Platform or from gambling activities generally are not eligible to register or access the Platform during any active self-exclusion period. Attempts to circumvent a self-exclusion are a violation of these Terms.

4. Account Registration

4.1 One Account Per Person. Each individual Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the tay99 Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 Accuracy of Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to maintain the accuracy of such information throughout your relationship with tay99. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information may result in immediate Account suspension or termination and forfeiture of any Balance.

4.3 Registration Data. tay99 collects the following minimum information at registration: (a) a valid Philippine mobile number; (b) a date of birth confirming eligibility under Section 3.1; (c) a secure password of your creation. Additional information may be required during KYC processes.

4.4 KYC Verification. tay99 may require Players to submit government-issued identification documents to verify identity, age, and source of funds in accordance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering requirements and the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended). Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time may result in Account restrictions or closure.

4.5 Non-Transferability. Player Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, pledge, assign, or otherwise dispose of your Account or any rights or entitlements therein to any third party.

5. Account Security

5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your registered mobile number, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. tay99 will never request your password or full OTP code through any channel, including customer support.

5.2 You must notify tay99 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. tay99 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

5.3 tay99 employs 256-bit SSL encryption on all Platform traffic, including login and payment transactions. Automated security systems monitor for unusual login activity and will trigger notifications or temporary account restrictions where suspicious behaviour is detected.

5.4 tay99 shall not be liable for losses or damage arising from authorised or unauthorised use of your Account unless directly caused by tay99's proven negligence or wilful misconduct.

6. Deposits and Withdrawals

6.1 Currency. All transactions on the tay99 Platform are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). No foreign currency conversion fees are applied to deposits or withdrawals made through supported Philippine payment methods.

6.2 Accepted Payment Methods. tay99 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, InstaPay, PesoNet, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, Visa, and Mastercard. Supported methods may be updated from time to time.

6.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum deposit amounts for specific payment methods may vary and are displayed at the point of transaction.

6.4 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum single withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically possible, in compliance with anti-money laundering requirements.

6.5 Processing Times. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) banking hours. Processing times may be extended where KYC verification is pending or where the withdrawal triggers an internal security review.

6.6 Source of Funds. You warrant that all funds deposited into your tay99 Account are from legitimate sources and that you are the lawful owner of all payment instruments used. Deposits from payment instruments that are not registered in your name are prohibited.

6.7 Inactive Accounts. Accounts with a positive Balance that have had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as inactive. tay99 reserves the right to levy a monthly administrative charge on inactive accounts in accordance with its published dormancy policy, provided that the aggregate charge will not exceed the available Balance and will not result in a negative Balance.

7. Bonus and Promotional Terms

7.1 All Bonuses offered by tay99 are subject to specific promotional terms and conditions published at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail with respect to the Bonus in question.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise, Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before the Bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum bet sizes applicable to each Bonus are stated in the relevant promotional terms.

7.3 Bonus Abuse. tay99 reserves the right to withhold or void any Bonus, and to suspend or close any Account, where tay99 has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has engaged in Bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating duplicate accounts to claim the same Bonus multiple times; using automated or robotic betting strategies to meet wagering requirements; or exploiting errors or vulnerabilities in the Platform or any game.

7.4 One Welcome Bonus Per Player. Welcome deposit Bonuses are available once per eligible new Player Account. One Account per person; one Welcome Bonus per person. Household, IP address, and device-sharing restrictions apply.

7.5 tay99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice to affected Players.

8. Game Rules and Fairness

8.1 All Games on the tay99 Platform utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or certified live dealer procedures. Games are independently audited by third-party testing authorities to ensure compliance with stated Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages and fairness standards.

8.2 Game outcomes are final once confirmed by the Platform system. In the event of a malfunction — whether caused by a software error, network interruption, or system failure — tay99 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager amount placed by the Player for that round.

8.3 tay99 shall not be liable for any losses incurred by a Player as a result of a system malfunction beyond the refund of the affected wager as described in Section 8.2.

8.4 Game rules for each individual Game are accessible from within the Game interface. It is the Player's responsibility to read and understand applicable game rules prior to play. Participation in any Game constitutes acceptance of the rules of that Game.

9. Sports Betting Rules

9.1 Sports betting on the tay99 Platform covers a range of events including but not limited to: Philippine Basketball Association (PBA), NBA, FIBA, UFC, boxing, association football, volleyball, and licensed online sabong where available.

9.2 All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. tay99 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including where unusual betting patterns are detected or where the integrity of an event is in question.

9.3 In the event that an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled after a bet is placed, tay99's specific rules for the relevant sport will govern the settlement of affected bets. Players are advised to review sport-specific settlement rules published in the sportsbook section of the Platform.

9.4 tay99 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome has already been determined at the time of placement, or where there is evidence that the integrity of the event has been compromised.

9.5 Live In-Play Betting. Live betting odds are updated in real time. tay99 shall not be liable for bets placed at clearly erroneous odds resulting from technical errors in live feed data. Such bets may be voided at tay99's discretion.

10. Prohibited Conduct

10.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tay99 Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension or termination, forfeiture of Balance, and reporting to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine authorities where appropriate:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information;
• Creating or operating multiple Accounts (including by using another person's identity);
• Registering or using the Platform while subject to a self-exclusion order;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage in any Game or betting market;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or manipulation of any Game or sporting event;
• Attempting to exploit glitches, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform or any Game;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity or as a vehicle for the transfer of proceeds of crime;
• Facilitating access to the Platform by individuals who are under 21 years of age or subject to a self-exclusion;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing tay99 employees or other Platform users;
• Any conduct that violates applicable Philippine law or PAGCOR regulations.

11. Responsible Gaming

11.1 tay99 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing players with the tools they need to manage their gaming activity. The following self-management tools are available to all Players from within their Account settings at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts;
• Loss Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum net loss thresholds;
• Session Reminders: Receive notifications at designated intervals during a gaming session;
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend account access for a period of 24 hours up to 6 weeks;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the elected period.

11.2 tay99 prohibits gambling by individuals under 21 years of age and will take all reasonable steps to prevent minors from accessing the Platform, including through age verification and cooperation with parental control tools.

11.3 Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are strongly encouraged to seek assistance. tay99 supports PAGCOR's responsible gambling programme and encourages affected players to visit our Responsible Gaming page for support resources and self-assessment tools.

12. Intellectual Property

12.1 All content on the tay99 Platform — including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, design elements, text, trademarks, logos, and audiovisual content — is owned by or licensed to tay99 and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

12.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal and non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any Platform content; reverse-engineer any software; or use tay99's trademarks or branding without express written consent.

13. Limitation of Liability

13.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, tay99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to system malfunction; loss of data; or losses arising from unauthorised account access where caused by your failure to maintain credential security.

13.2 tay99's aggregate liability to any Player for direct losses arising from a proven breach of these Terms shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13.3 tay99 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may temporarily affect Platform availability.

14. Termination and Account Closure

14.1 Closure by Player. You may close your tay99 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any real-money Balance (net of outstanding wagering requirement obligations on active Bonuses) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable time.

14.2 Closure by tay99. tay99 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to where: you have breached these Terms; suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected; KYC verification is not completed within a required timeframe; or PAGCOR or another regulatory authority directs account closure.

14.3 Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, tay99 reserves the right to withhold any Balance pending the outcome of any investigation, and to permanently forfeit any Bonus funds or winnings derived from Bonus funds where the breach is related to Bonus abuse or fraudulent activity.

15. Amendments to These Terms

15.1 tay99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to Players via the registered mobile number or through a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) calendar days before the changes take effect, except where a shorter notice period is required by law or regulatory direction.

15.2 The most current version of these Terms is always available at tay99.org/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

15.3 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

16.1 These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

16.2 Internal Complaint Process. Before initiating any formal dispute resolution process, Players must submit a complaint to tay99 customer support through the official live chat or support channel. tay99 will acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and provide a resolution or substantive response within 72 hours for standard complaints.

16.3 PAGCOR Jurisdiction. tay99 operates under the jurisdiction of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation. In the event that a dispute is not resolved to the Player's satisfaction through tay99's internal complaint process, the Player may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through PAGCOR's official dispute resolution mechanism.

16.4 Courts. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the above processes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
